Ames, IA: For such a simple device its a savior when it comes to picking up poop! REALLY! And whenever we need more bags or I want to recommend a friend its so easy to remember the name. The process of ordering and delivery was easy and quick, in that order! Since Ive had no problems I havent really needed any customer service! We really like our Pix It Up!
Salem, NH: We used to buy scooper bags with cardboard handles that cost us about 40$ a month this is a much more economical option and works better since you don't even have to bend down. Not only that i have trained my dog to poop right into it so you don't have to scrape it off the ground you just go for a walk and position it under his butt when he squats. Thanks Great product : )
